- כל המחירים בחברה אינה כוללים מע"מ
- המספרים נרשמים על שם העסק/ארגון. וההליך יתבצע בהתאם למדיניות פייסבוק ובכפוף לנהליה.
- אישור הודעות תבנית יבוצע בהתאם למדיניות WhatsApp.
- התשלום עבור דמי השימוש ישולמו בכרטיס אשראי מידי חודש עם החתימה על רכישת הרשיון למערכת.
- החברה מתחייבת לא להעביר את פרטי חיוב המשתמש/האשראי לצד ג'.
- במסגרת הסכם זה ניתנת הטבה הקמה בסך אלף שקל שלא תשולם ככל והלקוח השלים תקופה מינימאלית לשירות של 6 חודשים.
- ניתן להודיע על סיום התקשרות בכל עת בהודעה של חודש מראש. ידוע ללקוח כי הבוט נבנה על מערכת SAAS ולא ניתן לקחת או להעביר את המערכת לעבודה עצמאית עם בקשת ביטול ואי תשלום דמי הרשיון והאחסון החודשי החברה רשאית למחוק את הפרוייקט.
- לא ניתן לקבל החזר כספי בגין הסכם שנחתם לביצוע הקמה של בוט בהתאמה אישית.
- תשלום בגין הודעת תבנית ייגבה אחת לחודש לפי כמות השימוש ובהתאם למחירי WhatsApp העולמית
- על הלקוח האחריות לזכויות היוצרים של התמונות והחומרים שיעשה בהם שימוש בבוט.
- על החברה לא תחול אחריות בגין כל נזק עקיף, ישיר או תוצאתי שהוא לרבות אובדן רווח או נזקי צד ג' מכל סיבה שהיא. עם חתימה על הסכם זה הנך מאשר כי עסקה זו תבוצע בהתאם ובכפוף לתנאי המדיניות והתנאים הכלליים של החברה כפי שהם משתנים מעת לעת באתר החברה.
- זמני הביצוע של הקמת תהליך הבוט הם 30 ימי עסקים מיום אישור העסקה וקבלת כל החומרים בצורה מרוכזת, פיתוחים מיוחדים יבוצעו לאחר אישור התהליך אלא אם כן נאמר בהסכם אחרת. אי שיתוף פעולה או אי השלמת החומרים הנדרשים במשך ששה חודשים תבטל את הזכות לקבלת המוצר.
- הלקוח מתחייב לציית לחוקי מדינית ישראל לרבות חוק הספאם וכל הפרה שלו תוכל לאפשר לחברה למנוע את השימוש במערכת ללא כל טענה או זיכוי כספי.
- הלקוח מתחייב להשתמש במערכת שימוש סביר והוגן לצרכיו ולשימושי ולא למכור את המערכת לצדדי ג' ללא אישור מהחברה מראש.
- הלקוח מתחייב לציית לכללי מערכות צד ג' בהם החברה עושה שימוש בכדי לספק לו את השירות.
- הבהרה עבור חברות צד שלישי – החברה אינה משתפת את הנתונים שברשותה או מידע אישי עם מודלי AI.

Personal Data (or Data)
Any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information — including a personal identification number — allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.
Usage Data
Information collected automatically through Connectop LTD (or third-party services employed in Connectop LTD), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use Connectop LTD, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.
User
The individual using Connectop LTD who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
Data Subject
The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.
Data Processor (or Data Supervisor)
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, as described in this privacy policy.
Data Controller (or Owner)
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data, including the security measures concerning the operation and use of Connectop LTD. How to Request Data Deletion (Data Deletion Instructions)

משתמש
האדם המשתמש בקונקטופ בע"מ אשר, אלא אם צוין אחרת, מזוהה עם נושא הנתונים.

מעבד נתונים (או מפקח נתונים)
