That matters more than it sounds. If you operate in healthcare, finance or the public sector, a voice agent records and processes conversations, and someone will eventually ask you who is accountable for that data.
How we work
A short scoping call first. Then we build, connect it to your existing systems, train your team, and stay with you for a few weeks after go-live to tune the scripts against real conversations — because the first version is never quite right, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
No lock-in, in either direction. There is no minimum term and no exit fee — you can end the engagement at any point with one month's notice. In return, our contract commits us to completing the build within 30 days.
